About Randy Kay Ministries:
 

In 2005, Randy Kay died. His heart stopped. In that space, he was with Jesus—peace complete, love overwhelming. When Jesus told him he would return, Randy asked for a blueprint. Jesus answered: “Moment by moment I reveal your purpose to you, for if I revealed it to you in full, you would not remain dependent on Me.” What Randy carried back was two words: “Trust Me.”
The assignment came later: Take back the narrative. A former agnostic with degrees in science, journalism, and finance, Randy had led clinical and sales teams at Johnson & Johnson and Edwards Lifesciences and sat as CEO of biotech and international development firms. After Heaven, the corporate life no longer fit. Out of that call, Randy Kay Ministries was born—to restore the reality of Heaven and the person of Jesus Christ to a world taught to explain them away, and to teach believers how to live this life as unto the Lord.
A career leading clinical teams does not leave a man easily impressed. Randy has personally interviewed more than 600 people who died or came to the edge of death. Every account undergoes layered review—pre-interview—measured against Scripture. Of those interviews, 140 appear in Heaven Encounters: 140 Near-Death Experiences Revealing the Afterlife (Charisma House). Teaching discernment is central: a story that offers a “light” without a Lord is not good news.

Randy and Renee live in San Diego and serve this ministry full-time as a team. Renee directs the conferences and hosts When God Shows Up, while partnering with Randy across every platform. They have laid down much to follow the call—and discovered far more in return: the joy of watching life after life meet the same Jesus who encountered Randy in 2005.
